Wilson voices concern over wind turbines in East Antrim
East Antrim MP Sammy Wilson has voiced his concern about the number of planning applications for wind turbines in East Antrim. He said that there were currently 36 applications for wind turbines with the planners and that new application were coming in on a daily basis.
Commenting Mr Wilson said:
“I was shocked to discover that there are currently 36 applications for wind turbines lodged with the planners. Add this together with the number that have been passed but not yet built and we have a great number of turbines that could be popping up all over the countryside soon.
