Hello sammy, i've just read the story you covered about Orange and T mobiles lack of coverage, I myself contacted Orange last year due to the lack of 3G coverage in the Larne area but not before i took out a two year contract with them and they said there was nothing they could or would do... That conversation took place over the phone..If im in the main street i can get 3G no problem but go half a mile up the road to where i work in FG Wilson's and the signal dies..I've just sent an email to Orange again asking why all other Mobile Networks can cover the whole of the Larne borough with 3G but they cant?? As soon as i get an excuse sorry an email from them and that's "IF".... Then i'll forward you the response because at this moment myself and many others like me are paying for a service we are not getting and to me that's a breach of contract... May be i should stop my direct debts too see how long they take then to respond.... Many thanks for your time, My very best wishess, David...PS I used Orange Networks website with the signal checker and it gives Larne as having good coverage.. To me this is false and does'nt give a true account of just how far their 3G signal actually carries.....

I wonder if this protesting member of staff protests on pay-day, when they are paid, and when the Queen’s head shows up in their pay packet!

It is great to see that the line is finally being upgraded and it will make statement to tourist arriving via Scottish route. Having a quality rail link to Belfast should help to increase day trippers from Scotland. However, the line has many environmental issues such as Japanese Knotweed, what is NIR doing about these issues.

Whilst I agree with the sentiments of equality in our society I get fustrated when I hear of those who continually use equality laws to force their "minority opinions" on the vast majority of the electorate. These people have made a laughing stock out of the British way of life! It now seems to be that if you belong to a minority grouping, whether it be religious, criminal, sexual, or other, your rights are paramount, and those of the majority are no longer of any value.
I am not a bigot, racist, or xenophobe, but in these days of fiscal restraints I get incensed when I read or hear of the vast ammounts of government money that is being wasted in translating documents so that those who come to our country to 'bleed' the system of government hand-outs, do so without even attempting to learn our language!
How many millions are being wasted in Northen Ireland each year so that Assembly proceedings can be made available in other languages to those who currently use English as their first language?
How much extra does it cost NI government departments to have job advertisements published in the local press in both English and Irish?
I work for a locally based successful company, where it is now frowned upon to laugh whilst you are in the presence of Eastern European employees in fear that they might think you are laughing at them! These same employees are able to sit during breaks using their own language and laughing without fear of recrimination.
I spent 7 hours on Boxing Day last year in an A & E unit of one our the local hospitals, and I was astounded by the number of 'patients' who required an interpreter. Most of these so-called 'patients' arrived by ambulance, and it was especially galling when I overheard the doctor in charge admit to one of the nurses that (and I quote) "There seems to be an epidemic of severe colds"! More money wasted in our already over-stretched Health Service!
I aspire to Civil and Religious Liberty for all. These aspirations are not just for those who have the unbiased sympathetic support of the liberal members of the judiciary, or the support of those with whom I deemed to have extreme left viewpoints, they are for our society as a whole. A society under British law, and living in the British Isles where the English language is the native tongue, and a society where once Common Sense used to prevail.
As my MP and MLA I can assure you of my support if you continue to fight against the injustice of squandering the tax payers' hard earned income through the appeasement to minority factions, and the alienation and destruction of our 'national' way of life.

its a total and utter disgrace. The cost of living has gotten way out of control. It has increased in everything from fuel ,food ,clotheing even household goods.Worst of all is the vat cause thats affects every one.Yet no one's wages has gone up and it wont do either. The country and mainland britain are heading for freefall and this will not be long coming.

This article is most welcome and sensible, but like the voices of such people as Piers Corbyn, this message is not reaching the wider public. Almost all of the major press coverage is for the opposite argument. I am involved in Rotary Club & 41 Club, and we have had several speakers who are scientists working on 'climate change', who insist that their research is conclusive. I have spoken against them but I feel like a voice in the wilderness. The videos of you on Kane-TV are excellent, and such events as the WeatherAction Climate Fool's Day Conference are to be congratulated. But they do not reach the ears of the general public. The BBC take it for granted that we are causing climate change because the Global Warming lobby have done such a good job on them.
